Goodwill sees higher sales during Halloween season

Halloween is only nine days away and area resale stores are busy with trick-or-treaters looking for the perfect costume.

The Goodwill in La Crosse says the Halloween season is its busiest time of the year as many people shop for clothes and accessories to complement their outfit.

To accommodate the Halloween rush, Goodwill provides costume consultants to help shoppers find the right look.

Goodwill says it needs more donations this time of year.

The donations mean more than just helping kids find a creepy costume.
