Goosebumps Run-Walk supports local lupus patients and their families

Event offers 6 or 24 hour courses

An endurance test in La Crosse is helping raise money for those living with a debilitating disease.

The Goosebumps Run-Walk challenges participants to either a 6 hour or 24 hour course to raise money and awareness for lupus patients. This Goose Island race is different than most as you get to choose how much you run or walk within the time limit.

The event does not take place until next weekend, but registration ends Friday. You can find out how to register on the Goosebumps website.

All proceeds from the event support local lupus patients and their families.
