Governor Walker continues ‘Continuing Wisconsin’s Comeback’ campaign

Visited businesses in Madison, stirring up supporters

Governor Scott Walker kicked off his day in a Madison suburb Monday morning.

It’s part of his ‘Continuing Wisconsin’s Comeback’ tour.

Walker stopped at a sports optics manufacturing business.

The governor says it’s especially important for him to be out now that the election is so close. It’s his goal to stir up support around the state and drive up voter turnout.

“We went from years of higher taxes, higher tuition, and budget deficits to lowering taxes, freezing tuition, balancing the budget. Those are things that people love, and our key is to find people here and across the state that love those reforms and help motivate them to get to the polls,” said Governor Walker.

Walker will be campaigning in Wausau on Tuesday.

Mary Burke spent her day in Holmen, visiting the Pfaff Family farms.
