UPDATE: Green Alert canceled for Viroqua veteran believed to be at risk
UPDATE — The Green Alert for Caleb Rappl is canceled. Authorities say Rappl was located but did not specify his condition.
VIROQUA, Wis. (WKBT) — Authorities issued a statewide Green Alert for a missing 28-year-old veteran at risk Wednesday.
Caleb John Rappl of Viroqua was last seen by his family Tuesday in Viroqua. Authorities believe his vehicle may have been seen in La Crosse Wednesday morning. Caleb is a veteran, believed to be at risk, authorities say. He is driving a gray 2016 Toyota Tacoma, with a license plate of RZ6781, and a sticker in the bottom right corner of the rear window of 111. Caleb is 5′ 10″ and 190 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
