Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore in La Crosse fully stocked
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) – Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore in La Crosse is full of products.
The store has seen a huge increase in donations since the pandemic has began.
All the proceeds from sold products in the ReStore go towards helping families in the community.
Leaders say a full ReStore is a good problem to have.
“I think a lot of people don’t really understand all that we have here at Habitat for Humanity in our ReStore,” Habitat for Humanity-La Crosse area executive director Kahya Fox said. “Some people think that, ‘oh you just have construction materials,’ or ‘oh you just have furniture.’ We have it all. I don’t think a single person could come into the ReStore and not find something that they would like to take home.”
Fox says despite the ReStore being fully stocked, Habitat for Humanity will not turn away donations.
