Home prices up slightly in Wisconsin as inventory falls

The average home in Wisconsin is nearly $230,000

MADISON, Wis. (WKBT) – Wisconsin home prices are going up.

The average home is nearly $230,000, up 10.3 percent from one year ago.

At the same time, the number of total homes available is down nearly 37 percent.

The Wisconsin Realtors Association president says low inventory will likely hurt sales starting this summer.
