Homicide charge in crash that killed elderly motorcyclist
ST. PAUL, MN (AP) — Vehicular homicide charges have been filed in Ramsey County in a crash that killed a 92-year-old motorcyclist.
Twenty-six-year-old Autumn Mason is accused of striking Roy Kromschroeder with her SUV last Friday in St. Paul. Kromschroeder died later that day.
A criminal complaint says both Mason and Kromschroeder had stopped at an intersection. Both drivers proceeded into intersection and Kromschroeder was struck. The Star Tribune reports the complaint says Mason left the scene after the collision.
