Vice President Kamala Harris to visit Milwaukee Thursday

MILWAUKEE, Wis. — Just over two weeks after President Biden visited Milwaukee, Vice President Kamala Harris will pay a visit to the Cream City.
Harris is set to speak at the Democratic Attorneys General Association Conference on Thursday, the White House announced. She will also speak with young people and local Latino leaders.
This is the third time that Harris has visited Milwaukee since taking office. She toured UW-Milwaukee earlier this year and held a roundtable with Sen. Tammy Baldwin.
A visit to Wisconsin always means a bit more for the Vice President. Her parents both taught at UW-Madison during her childhood and she lived in Wisconsin for a brief time.
