The ” Jane the Virgin ” star announced the news of her marriage to Joe LoCicero on her Instagram with a video from the special day.
” With that one kiss we got 100 new family members, ” she wrote alongside the video. ” My 9 year old niece, Mia ❤️Thank you to my mother in law for the wedding of my dreams. And the village that helped her! ”
Justin Baldoni , who plays her baby’s father on the hit show, serenaded Rodriguez as she walked down the aisle.
Fun fact, Rodriguez and her hubby met when he played a stripper on the show in 2016. They announced their engagement in August and in September Rodriguez joked on ” The Talk ” that the stress of planning a wedding made her want to elope. ” I feel like we’re gonna elope, ” she said. ” It is so much drama! It’s a lot of work. ”
It appears they hit some smooth sailing in the planning department because Saturday’s wedding looks like it went off without a hitch.
