Jeep damages West Salem garage

WEST SALEM, Wis. — A mishap in West Salem sends a jeep smashing into a garage.

West Salem Police say the driver of the Jeep accidentally hit the gas instead of the brakes, causing significant damage to the garage.

The driver was not seriously injured, and alcohol was not involved, Chief Charles Ashbeck says.

It happened around 5:30 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of Rosewood Lane.
