Kickapoo/La Farge girls cross country wins Westby Invitational

Brookwood's Powell has top boys time

Led by senior Anelise Egge’s first place finish, Kickapoo/La Farge girls cross country finished with the top team score at Tuesday’s Westby Invitational.

The Panthers recorded a score of 46, with their top five runners all finishing in the top 15. Egge’s winning time was 19:38.2.

For the boys’ race, Brookwood’s Dylan Powell won with a time of 17:08.2. Boscobel had the top team score, with Westby finishing four points behind them with a 58. Norsemen seniors Taylor Thunstedt and Eli Larrington finished third and fourth overall, respectively.

Nolan Reese for the Kickapoo/La Farge boys earned second place with a time of 17:20.1.
