Kobe King reportedly transferring to Nebraska

Former Wisconsin Badger and La Crosse Central star guard Kobe King is transferring to Nebraska, according to reports from ESPN and the Omaha World-Herald.

Omaha World-Herald writer Chris Heady reports that King and Nebraska have been talking for weeks about a visit before he committed Wednesday.

Nebraska will submit a waiver for King’s immediate eligibility. If the waiver is denied, King will have to sit out a year.

King played three seasons at Wisconsin before leaving the team in late January.
