La Crosse Area Builders Association kicks off annual home show

ONALASKA, Wis. (WKBT) – The La Crosse Area Builders Association is kicking off its annual Home Show at the Omni Center in Onalaska.

With over 80 vendors participating, there’s a huge variety of things to check out.

There are also a number of demonstrations offering a little remodeling inspiration for those on the fence about their next project.

And if you get hungry, you can grab a meal from one of the local food trucks that will be parked outside.

Plus, there are free wine and beer tastings from Vernon Vineyards and Hillsboro Brewing Company.

The Builders Association’s executive director Tena Bailey said Friday there’s something for everyone at the show.

“You want to do your kitchen, your bathroom remodeled, or you want to build a whole house, we got somebody to take care of that. Even mortgages, title insurance – everything like that.”

The event runs through the weekend.

Tickets are $5 and include two free drink/treat tickets.

On Saturday you can catch the demonstrations, and Sunday is a great day to bring the kids along.
