La Crosse area’s “Top Notch Teachers” are celebrated with annual banquet
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — Teachers nominated as some of the best by their students and peers were celebrated Wednesday evening with the annual ‘Top Notch Teacher Banquet.’
Each of the educators recognized though News 8’s ‘Top Notch Teacher’ segment in the last year were brought together for dinner at the Waterfront. The annual banquet marks 16 years of News 8 and community partners highlighting the many outstanding teachers in our area.
“We’re blessed by having a wonderful goup of teachers here in our area, and we think that it’s really important to have children get a good start, so we wanted to recognize the teachers and their great work,” said Honda Motorwerks President and Top Notch Teacher Sponsor Chris Schneider.
