La Crosse beaches are open
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — Pettibone and Black River Beaches are now open to the public.
According to Ryan Miller, Aquatics Coordinator of the City of La Crosse, both beaches opened Thursday, July 5, and will remain open until otherwise stated.
