La Crosse Boys & Girls Club hosts COVID-19 vaccination clinic, others scheduled
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT)- The Boys & Girls Club in La Crosse is helping get COVID shots into the arms of people who want them.
The club is partnering with Mayo Clinic Health System to hold a handful of community vaccination clinics.
The first one happened Thursday at the Terry Erickson Club on the north side.
The clinics are open to anyone 16 and older in the community.
“It’s exciting, not only for our families, but to know that some of our older members can get their vaccine and having this activity going on at the club today with our friends at Mayo, it feels good,” said Boys & Girls Club CEO Jake Erickson.
