La Crosse Distilling Co. continues to produce hand sanitizer
About 400 gallons have been produced in a little more than 2 months
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) – Hand sanitizer from the La Crosse Distilling Company is continuing to help the community.
About 400 gallons of sanitizer has been produced by the downtown La Crosse business since starting the effort a little more than 2 months ago.
That’s enough to fill about 10,000 containers, some of which were handed out free to people in our area.
As the effort is helping keep people safe, it is also providing opportunities for businesses.
“Seems the demand for sanitizer continuing to be there and even grown. So out of that need this new company Forward Path Logistics started,” said La Crosse Distilling Co. founder Chad Staeley.
The business is outsourcing the production of sanitizer, so their La Crosse business can go back to making alcohol.
