La Crosse Health Department hosting COVID booster clinics

LA CROSSE (WKBT) — The La Crosse County Health Department will offer Pfizer COVID-19 third doses and booster doses at three clinics this month: Oct. 8, Oct. 11 and Oct. 16.

To receive a booster dose, you must have received both doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine by the week ending in April 16, 2021. The health department says those who are older age 65 or have certain underlying medical conditions should get the booster.
