La Crosse man dies in Monroe County motorcycle crash
TOWNSHIP OF PORTLAND, Wis. (WKBT) – A La Crosse man is dead following a fatal motorcycle crash in Monroe County Monday night.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office said 70-year-old James Misch travelled west on Highway 33 near Nebraska Avenue in the Township of Portland before losing control of his motorcycle. The motorcycle left the roadway and traveled a short distance before Misch was ejected. Responders pronounced Misch dead on the scene.
The incident is still under investigation.
