La Crosse man guilty in burglary case
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — A La Crosse man charged with 22 counts of burglary makes his plea today.
27-year-old Matthew Smith plead guilty to three counts of burglary with the remaining counts dismissed.
Smith was arrested in April of 2017 after he and Joshua Doering confessed to multiple garage burglaries in La Crosse.
Four truckloads of stolen property were recovered after their arrest.
Doering was sentenced in March, while Smith will be sentenced at a later date.
