La Crosse Symphony Orchestra kicks off musical YouTube series

LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — The La Crosse Symphony Orchestra Thursday kicked off its “Meet the Musicians” YouTube series at 3 p.m.

LCSO received a grant from the YWCA to fund the project, compensating each musician for the work they put into creating personal videos with performances and stories.

The new installment of the series will post at 3 p.m. each Thursday through May on the LCSO YouTube page.

The orchestra has also made season tickets and live stream tickets for chamber concerts available for purchase online.

The season tickets include concerts slated for March 6, 2021, May 1, 2021, and June 5, 2021.

The first live concert of the season is Oct. 24. Livestream tickets are available for $25 for one concert or $60 for all three.
