Lane closures on Bliss Road while crews work on guardrail
LA CROSSE (WKBT) — Beginning Thursday, Bliss Road will be down to one lane.
Crews will fix a guard rail along the north side of the road.
Flaggers will be on the road directing traffic.
The city is asking drivers to use caution when driving through the construction area.
