Last four Wisconsin residents on COVID-19 infected cruise ship return home

MADISON, Wis. (WKBT)–Four Wisconsin citizens aboard the Grand Princess cruise ship docked due to quarantine have made their return home, according to Governor Evers.

Passengers on the ship had confirmed cases of COVID-19, but all 38 Wisconsin citizens were asymptomatic and tested negative for the virus.

More than 3,500 passengers on board were quarantined.

A majority of the Wisconsin residents made their way home March 15th.

The four who recently returned to Wisconsin are the last of the 38 citizens on the ship.

They will follow a 14-day self-quarantine.
