Local gift and craft show celebrates 20 years
ONALASKA, Wis. (WKBT) — One of Onalaska’s longest running events wrapped up Sunday afternoon.
The 20 th annual Spring Gift and Craft show welcomed nearly 100 different artists and craft related businesses to the Omni Center this weekend.
Organizers say the event has grown over the years with more interest from the community and the vendors.
They say the event allows people to find one of a kind gifts for friends and family.
“That’s the best part about it. It’s unique, handmade and good gifts if you want to get something for Easter or something for mother’s day. Just different gifts you wouldn’t see in a store,” said Tyler Ketterhagen, building coordinator for the Onalaska Parks and Rec. Department.
Admission the event was free, but organizers collected non-perishable food items for the Onalaska Food Basket.
