Long time Aquinas baseball coach, Scott Bagniefski is stepping down after 22 seasons

Long-time baseball coach, Scott Bagniefski, announced that he is stepping down as the coach for the Aquinas Blugolds.

Bagniefski coached Aquinas for 22 seasons and was a powerhouse for most of those seasons. He racked up 378 wins and had 18 seasons with winnings records.

The Blugolds were 48 and 8 in their last two seasons, and over the years he helped Aquinas win the division 3 state championship in 2007 and 2017. He also made it to the state finals in 0-8, 2010, and 2015.
