Long-time La Crosse Common Council Member Richmond not running for reelection
LA CROSSE (WKBT) — Long-time La Crosse Common Council member Andrea Richmond says she will not run for reelection.
Richmond made the announcement on Monday.
Richmond has represented the city’s north side for 23 years.
She’s the longest-serving councilwoman in La Crosse’s history.
