Mainly Cloudy & Breezy, Spotty Snow Possible, Warmer Weekend -Derek Sibley
Some spotty snow is still possible this afternoon. Temperatures are expected to rise this weekend.
Broad System Still Affecting Weather
The low-pressure system that has been sitting around the upper Midwest for days now, continues to broaden and affect our weather today. A few snow showers are possible with overcast conditions from this system.
Today’s Planner: Mainly Cloudy, Snow Possible. High Temperature 44F. Winds NNW 15-25 MPH.
A few scattered snow showers are possible into the early afternoon hours with temperatures in the upper 30s. Otherwise, skies will remain cloudy through the day with breezy conditions.
Sunnier Skies Ahead
A broad high-pressure system will develop and move east near or over the Coulee Region this weekend. This will make way for mostly sunny skies and warmer temperatures on Saturday.
Next 8 Days
High temperatures warm up to the 50s and 60s this weekend, with increasing clouds later in the day on Sunday. Next week, the wet weather returns from our next system expected to bring a good chance of showers and thunderstorms for most of next week, but highs will be mainly in the 50s and 60s.
Have a great rest of the day!
