Man accused of sexually assaulting woman during pedicure

EAU CLAIRE, WI — Eau Claire police arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a woman while he gave her a pedicure Monday afternoon.

Police said the assault consisted of inappropriate touching.

Quoc Van Bui was arrested for 3rd and 4th degree sexual assault. Since his arrest, police said other victims have come forward. There is an ongoing investigation into those other allegations.
