Man wanted in Holmen domestic violence case arrested
Kong Yang was arrested Friday afternoon
HOLMEN, Wis. (WKBT) — Holmen police say they’ve arrested a man who was on the run as part of a domestic violence investigation.
34-year-old Kong Yang was arrested Friday afternoon after receiving information Yang was with a Naly Lor, 29, in Eau Claire.
Holmen Police were looking for Yang and found his car in the garage of a residence on Neitzel Dr. in Holmen Thursday night.
They say Yang made threats against himself and another person with a gun.
Officers used ‘flash bangs’ to enter the home but were unable to find Yang once inside.
At approximately 1:00 p.m. Friday, Eau Claire Police advised they found the suspected vehicle Yang was driving in a hotel parking lot. A traffic stop was conducted and Yang and Lor were arrested.
Yang will be charged in La Crosse County for battery, strangulation, stalking, and disorderly conduct.
Lor will be charged with obstruction.
