Marcia D. Lee

Marcia D. Lee, age 76, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 27, 2022. She will be sadly missed as our spunky, sassy, fun Mom, Grandma and Aunt.

Marcia was born on January 16, 1946 to Nora (Hiam) and Hilmer Lee and was raised on a tobacco farm in Buck Creek Hollow near Ferryville, Wisconsin. She raised her family in Holmen, Wisconsin where she worked at the Bank of Holmen. She then moved to Arizona, where she loved the warm weather. After several years working for the State of Arizona, she moved back to Wisconsin to be close to her family.

Marcia will be forever remembered by her sons, Todd (Jean) Johnson of Holmen, Tori Johnson of La Crosse; grandchildren, Joshua Johnson (Kennah Self) of West Salem, Wisconsin, Jenna Johnson of West Salem, Wisconsin and Jackson Johnson of La Crosse; a brother, Dick Lee of Kentucky, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother Artel Lee and sisters, Nona (Garry) Hanson, and Lorraine (Roger) Granzow.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to the Alzheimer’s Association.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Dickinson Family Funeral Home (401 Main Street, Onalaska, Wisconsin 54650) with a time for visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
