Mason City woman sentence in embezzlement case
MASON CITY, Iowa (AP) — A Mason City woman accused of stealing over $80,000 from her employer has received a suspended prison sentence and probation.
Thirty-five-year-old Kiki Jutting pleaded guilty to first-degree theft in Cerro Gordo County District Court. The Globe Gazette says a judge sentenced her on Monday to up to 10 years in prison, which was suspended. Jutting was ordered to serve five years of probation and complete 200 hours of community service.
Jutting was charged with stealing over $80,000 from Central Park Dentistry, where she was the business manager. She must repay the money.
