Sections of West Avenue at the Mississippi Street intersection will narrow to one lane
LA CROSSE (WKBT) — A section of West Avenue will be reduced to one lane beginning Tuesday.
The lane reduction at West Avenue at the intersection of Mississippi Street is because of underground construction work for Mayo Clinic.
The city anticipates the project to be completed by May 27.
