Minnesota Duluth takes NCAA men’s hockey crown

One year after losing the national championship game, the Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs defeated Notre Dame to win the 2018 NCAA men’s hockey championship.

Notre Dame’s only goal came at 7:40 of the second period when Andrew Oglevie scored.

The Bulldogs reached the championship game by defeating Ohio State by the same score of 2-1. Notre Dame advanced from the Frozen Four with a 4-3 win over Michigan.
