Minnesota man wins lottery twice in two years
A Minnesota man is having a brush with lady luck, winning the lottery twice in two years.
The Associated Press reports Anthony Fusaro of Plymouth won $875,000 on a Gopher 5 jackpot last week and he won $1 million from Mega Millions last year. He said winning twice was “pure luck” but said he “always knew it would happen again.”
A spokesperson for the lottery told the Minneapolis Star Tribune that no lottery winner in Minnesota has ever had multiple payouts that large.
