Miracle Field unveils new adaptive attraction for 10 year anniversary

Miracle Field celebrates 10 years

The La Crosse Area Family YMCA is celebrating 10 years of providing baseball to individuals of all abilities at Miracle Field.

The public was invited to cheer on athletes for a Miracle League ball game, play lawn games, and enjoy food from Sweet Lou’s BBQ Food Truck.

Miracle Field was built with the vision of being completely inclusive and accessible to all ages and has served hundreds of athletes.

Inclusion and Adaptive Director for the La Crosse Area Family YMCA, Bri Spicer, says “We’re very fortunate to have this field here and be part of an organization that has over 250 Miracle Fields across the globe, and really just continuing that mission of building an inclusive community.”

Miracle Field also unveiled their newest attraction… the “Oodle Swing.” The “Oodle Swing” is much like a swing-set where any child can easily lay down on it if they do not have the body strength to sit up.
