UPDATE: Amber Alert canceled for 13-year-old last seen with 19-year-old man believed to be in manic state

Update: The child and the man have been located, according to authorities.

JACKSON, Wis. (WISC) — The Sauk County authorities have issued a missing person alert for a missing 13-year-old girl who was last seen Sunday with a 20-year-old man believed to be in a manic state.
Officials said 13-year-old Samantha K. Stephenson was last seen around 5 a.m. Sunday in Menomonie. According to a missing person alert sent out late Monday morning, Stephenson was last seen with 19-year-old Brandon A. Morgan.
Law enforcement officials said Stephenson and Morgan are believed to be in a relationship. Police also said Morgan mentioned possibly heading to Minnesota and is believed to be in a manic state. Officials added they don’t know what Morgan’s intentions are.
Authorities said the pair said they were going “underground” and have since turned off their cellphones and cut off all communication.
There is no vehicle associated with the two, and their direction of travel and possible destination are unknown.
Stephenson is described as a white girl with blue eyes and brown hair. She is 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 105 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white Rick and Morty hoodie, black sweat pants, glasses and was shoeless. Morgan is described as a white man with brown hair and eyes. He is 6 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs 211 pounds.
