Model railroad show represents area history
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — The model railroad show at the La Crosse Center also had people out and about this weekend.
The 36th annual event brought in over 20 vendors from around the Midwest to show off their collections and sell or trade with other collectors.
Organizers say vendors spend hours setting up their displays and getting ready for over a thousand people attracted during the event.
Model railroad enthusiasts say the show represents an important part of La Crosse’s history.
