Morning crash closes Highway 14 in Winona

WINONA, Minn. (WKBT) — Highway 14 is closed this morning due to a pedestrian vs. vehicle crash at the intersection of Knopp Valley Drive.

Travelers are being routed north on Highway 61 to Winona County Road 23, then back to Highway 14 at Stockton.

According to the Minnesota Department of Transportation, drivers can expect delays as traffic will be detoured for several hours while authorities complete an investigation.
