National Guard unit moved to Arden Hills

AUSTIN, Minn. (AP) — A Minnesota National Guard unit is relocating.

The 1135th Combat Support Company will soon deactivate its operation in Austin, reorganize and move to Arden Hills. The unit will be replaced by the 224th Transportation Company which will begin operating at the Austin Armory.

The Austin Daily Herald says the National Guard will hold a ceremony for the departure of the 1135th and arrival of the 224th on Nov. 19.
