In Ridge and Valley conference action Friday night, Wauzeka-Steuben fended off Kickapoo on the road 54-48.

The Hornets remain perfect in conference with an 11-0 record.

In other conference news, Seneca beat North Crawford 26-24, so Seneca and North Crawford are now tied for second with 8-3 conference records.
