Noah King withdraws commitment to SDSU basketball

A report today from Prephoops.com says Caledonia senior Noah King has withdrawn his commitment to South Dakota State basketball.

King verbally committed to the Jackrabbits back in September, telling News 8 that the town, the coaches and the fact that his older brother Owen plays there were determining factors.

“I have decided to withdraw my commitment to SDSU basketball,” King is quoted as saying by Prep Hoops. “I would like to thanks SDSU for the time they spent with me. I wish coach Henderson and SDSU only the best. In having said that I am reopening my recruiting process.”

News 8 has reached out to the King family for comment.

Caledonia has its first home game tonight.
