Not as Cold Tonight with Increasing Clouds -Bill Graul
Chance of Light Snow Showers Monday, Perhaps Freezing Drizzle in Spots?
WHAT WE’RE TRACKING:
A weak disturbance approaching from the west will cause clouds to increase tonight. Mainly cloudy Monday with a chance of light snow showers at times, especially in the morning through early afternoon. There could be some pockets of freezing drizzle as well, mainly in the morning. Watch for slick spots on the roads if your area sees any precipitation.
PLANNING YOUR NEXT 24 HOURS:
It won’t be as cold tonight thanks to increasing clouds and south winds 5-15 mph. Expect lows in the upper teens to upper 20s. Mostly cloudy Monday with the chance of light snow showers, perhaps some freezing drizzle in spots. Highs Monday will be in the upper 20s (north) to upper 30s (south).
PERIODIC SNOW SHOWERS THIS WEEK:
Additional disturbances will bring at least slight chances for snows showers or light wintry mix on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday night into Sunday. Otherwise, expect mostly cloudy skies through the period with highs mainly in the 30s and lows mainly in the 20s, but some teens in spots as well… especially north.
Have a good Sunday night and a great week ahead! -Meteorologist Bill Graul
