Officials ID police involved in Wisconsin school shootings

Authorities have released the names of the Wisconsin police officers who injured students in back-to-back high school shootings this week.

The state Department of Justice said Oshkosh Police Officer Mike Wissink wounded a 16-year-old Oshkosh West High School student Tuesday after the boy stabbed him. Wissink has 21 years of experience with the Oshkosh department.

Waukesha Police Sgt. Brady Esser shot a 17-year-old student at Waukesha South High School on Monday after the student allegedly pointed a pellet gun at another student. Esser is an 11-year veteran with the Waukesha department.
