ONALASKA, WI (WKBT) — Onalaska Community Thanksgiving Dinner organizers expect more than 700 people will participate in the 3rd annual event.
The free meal will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Onalaska Armory on November 28.
“The food is great and it doesn’t get any better than sharing Thanksgiving with neighbors and friends,” said Onalaska Enhancement Foundation President Tom Brewer said.
The meal will feature turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, stuffing, rolls, pie, cake, cookies and bars for dessert.
Deliveries are available if you can’t make it to the Onalaska Armory for the meal. Call (608) 397-0320 to get on the schedule.
“There are a lot of good people who come together to make this Thanksgiving Dinner a reality,” Brewer said. “Come out and help us celebrate what a wonderful community we live in.”
If you want to volunteer or donate, call (608) 397-0320 and leave your name and number. Brewer said an event coordinator will return your call within 24 hours.
