Onalaska’s Glynn takes home prestigious award
ONALASKA, WI — Onalaska grad Austin Glynn adds another award to his personal trophy case.
Glynn was named this year’s Gatorade Wisconsin Boys Track and Field athlete of the year. Glynn is the first athlete from Onalaska to win this award. The University of Oregon commit won the Division 1 boys shot put and finished runner up in the discus at this year’s state meet.
Glynn’s season-best discus throw of 209 feet, 9 inches was the 6th best throw in the nation this spring.
