Parade for President Trump
Organizers held the rally and parade to show support for police and the good they do in the community
SPARTA, Wis (WKBT) – The Monroe County Republican Party held a Trump freedom parade and back the badge rally today.
The parade started in the east lot of the Tomah Fairgrounds and continued past the Tomah Police Station and ending at the Sparta Police Department.
Organizers held the rally and parade to show support for police and the good they do in the community.
While protests around the country are calling for the defunding of police departments, there are many people who believe that action will be hasty.
“Every person wants to live in a community where they feel safe. And the people that keep us safe are police,” said Doug Rogalla, the chairman of the Monroe County Republican Party.
There was a reception that followed the rally at the Republican Party Office.
