Partly Cloudy & Not All That Cool Tonight -Bill Graul
Still Mild Tomorrow & Wednesday... Then Breezy & Much Cooler Thursday
Tonight’s Forecast Low: 50F / Tuesday’s Forecast High: 73F…
We wrapped up the month of September last Friday… and it was drier and slightly warmer than average. See the stats below:
It was a beautiful start to October across the region with highs in the upper 60s to low 70s. It won’t be overly cool tonight, with lows in the 44-54F range for most. Winds will be fairly light.
Continued mild Tuesday with a mix of clouds and sun. Highs will be in the 70-76F range for most, with south winds around 5-10 mph. Still mild Wednesday, but a cold front and area of low pressure approaching from the west will bring a chance of showers, especially during the afternoon/evening. Isolated thunder will be possible as well.
Breezy and much cooler Thursday with highs only in the 50s. Isolated showers or sprinkles possible in spots as well. Unseasonably cool Friday with highs only in the upper 40s to low 50s. Areas of frost and freezing temps will be possible Thursday night/Friday morning… and again Friday night/Saturday morning. Expect lows in the 20s to low-mid 30s.
Looking Ahead… Mostly sunny, but still cool Saturday with highs in the mid-upper 50s. A bit warmer Sunday, with highs in the low 60s. Mid-upper 60s return to start next week, with isolated showers possible on Monday.
Have a good Monday night! -Meteorologist Bill Graul
