A cold front will bring a needed chance of rain tonight, along with the chance for thunderstorms as well. The local timing looks to be after about 11 p.m. or so… and into the overnight hours. The storms could pack some gusty winds and brief heavy downpours as they race east across the region overnight and into Monday morning.

Low temps Sunday night will be in the upper 40s to low 50s. The rain and storms look to move east and out of our area by mid to late morning Monday, with decreasing clouds into the afternoon hours. Expect highs in the mid 60s, with breezy W/NW winds.

Looking Ahead… Partly sunny and seasonable Tuesday with highs in the low-mid 60s. Small chance of showers Wednesday, possibly lingering into Thursday morning. Highs will cool from the low-mid 60s Wednesday… into the low-mid 50s Thursday. It will also be breezy Thursday. Partly to mostly cloudy, breezy and cool Friday, with highs in the upper 40s to low 50s. Lows Thursday and Friday nights will likely dip into the 20s to low-mid 30s… so areas of frost will be possible both nights.

Slight chance of showers later Saturday, with a chance of showers continuing into Sunday. Turning breezy again Sunday as well. Highs Saturday will remain on the cool side in the low 50s, then warm a little Sunday into the upper 50s.
