Pineapple Pretzel Salad

Makes about 6 cups

 1 cup crushed pretzels
 ? cup melted butter
 ¼ cup sugar
 8-oz. pkg. light cream cheese
 ½ cup sugar
 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
 8–oz. pkg. fat-free whipped topping

 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, mix together pretzels, ? cup butter and ¼ cup sugar. Pour into baking dish and bake 8 minutes; set aside to cool. Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients; chill until ready to serve. Just before serving, mix pretzel mixture into pineapple mixture.
