An upper-level system will cause showers and a few thunderstorms tonight and into early tomorrow morning across the Coulee Region, followed by more showers and storms that could develop tomorrow afternoon. Locally heavy rainfall is possible with the heavier showers and storms where totals up to 1in+ could fall.
